    First of all, that picture of you (and the little crumb)in Paris is beautiful!

    I have never tried yoga...Maybe it's a Texas thing. I think that I would like it, though!

  5. such a wonderful list. really, I don't think I would change one thing - maybe I'd add God, or spirit or faith....I think yoga taps into that as well.
